Where is The Sens Riviera located and what's nearby?
The Sens Riviera is located in Akumal, in the municipality of Tulum, on the Cancún–Tulum Federal Highway at km 521, in the heart of the Riviera Maya.
From the hotel you have quick access to cenotes and to the Xcaret, Xel-Há, Xplor and Xenses parks, as well as PGA golf courses, dolphinariums and marinas. Approximate transfer times: Xel-Há 10 min, the Tulum archaeological site 20 min, Xcaret 30 min and Playa del Carmen 35 min.
What is the hotel's beach like?
The Sens Riviera is a beachfront all-inclusive resort on the beautiful white-sand beaches of Akumal, a natural sanctuary where you can swim with sea turtles.

Yes, it is an all-inclusive resort. Your plan covers food and drinks at its 7 restaurants and 6 bars, entertainment and shows, water activities, the gym and access to the pools.
Some services carry an extra charge, such as the Kin Ha Spa, Oasis Experiences tours and transportation, car rental, medical service, babysitting, laundry and 24-hour room service.
How many restaurants and bars are there, and what are the hours?
It has 7 restaurants —Careyes (gourmet, adults only), Miramar (Mexican), Makitaco (Japanese-Mexican fusion), Arrecifes (buffet), Dos Lunas (Italian trattoria), Beach Snack Bar and La Placita (tacos, pizza and fast food)— and 6 bars.
Hours may vary without notice. There is also a Late Snack service from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. so you can eat at any time.
Are there areas and activities for children?
Yes. The hotel offers entertainment and water activities for the whole family, and babysitting service is available for an extra charge.
What are the pools like?
The hotel has infinity pools and special areas for children.
Is transportation included?
Transportation is not included; it is arranged for an extra charge. You can book it —along with tours and excursions— at the Oasis Experiences desk, with preferential rates and the option to pay with Oasis Credits.
