Amazing food and recommendations when asked. Daniel our server was amazing and extremely attentive. He recommended perfect drink parings with our meals and desserts. Highly recommend!!!! Great experience overall, we had saxophone entertainment, and a dance show WITH SPARKLERS ! All in all, JUST AMAZING

Justino fue excelcente!! La comida fue buenísmo! The food and atmosphere were amazing will definitely be back! The steak and salad, in addition to the crab cake, it was fabulous!! The wine was fantastic as well!

Absolutely beyond expectations

I am a chef of nearly 20 years and never thought that food at an all inclusive resort would ever be good... let alone better than some of the food I've had in my home city of Seattle. This resort has many options but this one here was an absolute hidden gem. I am soo glad I got to experience this dinner with my with. We let our server Daniel take the wheel on what we ate and it was nothing less than fabulous. 100% come back to this resort to eat here again.

Great service from Marco. Gave us the best of the menu from Sakura. Will definitely be coming back during out stay. Food and drinks were great. If you dont know what to order marco will sort you out.

Personal administrativo 0, personal de servicio de comida en restaurante Coyote bite 10

El servicio por parte de los colaboradores que apoyan a servir la comida no es grata, al menos de los 4 restaurantes que visite, solamente tuve una excelente atención por parte del colaborador Fernando del restaurante Coyote Bites, quien a pesar de su visible corta edad es un claro ejemplo para el resto del personal en todo el hotel, incluyendo al pésimo personal administrativo.

Excelente experiencia

Hotel lindo, completo, algo viejo pero están constantemente haciendo mantenimiento. Limpieza bien, el personal del hotel muy atento a cada necesidad, a todos los que hemos preguntado/pedido algo, siempre nos lo han resuelto. La playa lo mejor, la pileta muy bien. Zona kids es un excelente lugar para los niños. El buffett un poco básico, pero la comida sabe bien. El desayuno muy completo. Los restaurantes se destacan maki taco con Mari que hace unas piezas deliciosas y ella es una persona muy dedicada, destacó su trabajo. Hacienda sarape tmb sirven buena comida. Las bebidas alcohólicas dejaron que desear, todo es jarabe, nada natural. Destacar coffe and me que preparan unos cafés y té muy ricos, Carmen y todos los de coffe and me, muy amables, ricos café y tortas, los helados también. Yuliana, Carmen, Sarah de la cafetería en coffe & you Alejandro canto conciertos siempre predispuesto a ayudar y resolver lo que se le pregunta o solicita. Sin dudas volveremos.

Comida en Miramar

La Hamburguesa no la comí en ningún lado como aquí casero casero Exquisito el mesero David un Lujo y su chef Efrén los felicitó ambos.

Puede mejorar? Si, pero no es tan malo como lo pintan.

Voy a intentar ser lo más objetivo, ya que como muchos aquí leí las reseñas y estaba un poco escéptico; nos fuimos de viaje con unos amigos, somos adultos de 50 a 55 años, fuimos 4, rentamos dos habitaciones; lo primero y la única razón porque le doy cuatro estrellas, es que el hotel si está y se siente viejo, las puertas de nuestra habitación se trababan, pero dentro de lo que cabe está bien mantenido, jamás tuvimos problemas con los elevadores. [...] Si buscas relación costo beneficio, puede ser una buena opción.

Muy recomendable, lugares amplios, alberca grande, jardines, playa hermosa, habitaciones confortables, espectaculos, música en vivo y tiene muchos restaurantes y el Maki Tako delicioso y el trato y la atención del Sr. Ricardo excelente

Porq solo le hace falta una discoteca y un poco más de show en el zócalo, de ahí en fuera, las instalaciones son buenas y el trato excelente.

Bello, la pasamos súper bien con familia y amigos, el ambiente es sumamente agradable, muchas opciones para poder comer y las albercas son hermosas, si eres chavo, te encantará, ya que el hotel cuenta con muchos tipos de show para poder disfrutar

First in Mexico and it was a a good experience

My experience was amazing, with Rafael Perez and Alejandro Canto Concierge. The individual were polite,Profesional and took care any concerns that I had in an efficient time frame. I believe these two individuals are an asset to the resort.

Great Customer Service!

I had such a great time! The energy and liveliness of the resort were incredible. The workers there made me feel very welcomed. I would like to specifically mention Florence, Yudith and Miguel at Miramar Beach Club. These were some of the nicest people ever. They are also very efficient at their job.

Pasamos una mayoría en nuestro tiempo en el Miramar Beach Club en una cama Bali y piscina solo para adultos! Toda la semana nos esperaba Yudith como nuestra camarera en el club de playa. Florencio y Miguel Cohou estaban de camareros. ¡Hicieron la semana increíble! Yudith se mantuvo al tanto de nuestras bebidas y Florencio y Miguel sabían lo que queríamos cuando caminamos al bar! Definitivamente hicieron la semana increíble!

Awesome experience at the Grand Oasis Cancun

My friend and I had an awesome time. The workers are very pleasant, helpful, and kind. I would like to give a special shoutout to Edwin at the front desk and Miguel at the Beach Club Miramar for their amazing service. Overall, the hotel is well-kept, with amazing views and a great location. I will definitely be returning in the near future.

Fantastic experience!

I went to the Grand Oasis Cancun for a family reunion, and it was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Carlos at the Careyes restaurant was outstanding, and the activities by the pool kept us entertained every day. Highly recommend this hotel for families!

Great getaway spot!

The Grand Oasis Cancun is a great spot for a getaway. The restaurants were all unique, and the food was tasty. Special thanks to our waiter Jorge at Benazuza for making our dining experience so memorable. The pool area was clean and lively, although the room service could have been quicker. Overall, I had a great time!

Amazing family holiday in Cancun 2024

We were a group of 14. When we arrived, there was only a short way to get to our rooms so we were able to eat at the buffet until they were ready. The rooms were fine, and housekeeping kept them very clean, straightening up every day. Our fridges were refilled every day and we often had a small treats in the evening like chocolate covered strawberries. Thanks to our Concierge Francisco who spoiled us throughout the week. We really enjoyed the restaurants in particular Benazuza. Excellent meal/experience. Met the chef and we were very impressed!!. Previously, we also did the Black Sens restaurant and that was a great experience. We ate at Le petit chef for the first time. It was a unique and fun experience.our waiter at Careyes, Jose, was fun and friendly and made the experience better. The waiters at Benazuza were also excellent. Our concierge Francisco, was super helpful with everything from making dinner bookings, getting fish food for the kids so they could feed the fish, providing us with toys for in the pool, and all around keeping in contact, ensuring we had everything we needed or wanted.

Excelente estadía con mi novia que estuvo de cumpleaños pasamos por el coffe & you por un café... sólo fué decirle a Carmen que mi novia estaba de cumple... y nos mejoró la experiencia junto con Gema nos prepararon el mejor postre... cantamos el cumpleaños y fué la mejor atención del día... Wonderful time again!

We just finished our third trip to the Grand Oasis. Each time has been very enjoyable. The staff, grounds, beach, entertainment, rooms, etc are all very well maintained. Plenty of options for food and drink. We would recommend the Grand Oasis to anyone traveling to Cancun.

Grand oasis

This was my second trip to Grand oasis Cancun, The first one was in 2012 and there was a lot of changes since the first time we came. They have made many upgrades since I was here last, We did upgrade this time and had access to more restaurants and ocean front room which was nice. I do recommend the upgrade. We had reservations 4 out of the 7 night stay. There was other restaurants to go to without a reservation, maki taco you have to get there early if you want to eat there. Also for the restaurants that require a reservation you have to dress appropriate no beachwear closed toe shoes. The Benazuza experience was great, Careyes was great, Los lunas was great, Shakira I did not care for the food the entertainment was good.. We did book excursions to Chichén itza, Tulum, Las Mujures, and did the dolphin experience. If you shop at the flea market price other vendors some are significantly cheaper than other didn’t know until after I had bought my souvenirs. They have shows in the atrium many nights plan your reservations accordingly if you want to attend they are good shows, also get there early the shows start at 7.30 if you want a seat to enjoy the show get there at 6.30. They have several little coffee shops on the property that are quite nice they didn’t have these before. The buffet style restaurants was hit or miss sometimes they had certain things sometimes the didn’t but in my opinion was decent. There was a few things I could have complained about not really worth mentioning. The pool was great they had different types of entertainment lots of things to do. Over my experience was good I think the staff was great.

Best club

Best barmaids in Mexico… best service you will ever have, they’re so kind, and amazing vibe. I recommend everyone to go there. You’ll have the best time in Mexico. They’re open 6 night a week. Don’t miss it. Great music and karaoke night………..

My Feb Vacation

Arrived today at Grand Oasis from Chicago. Checked In and went to cafeteria to grab a cup of coffee and was greeted by Sara and Carmen. Very warm welcome and they made me great coffee. Thank you ladies, will step by in the morning again for coffee.

Vacaciones en familia 2023

Muy buen hotel y muy buena atención del personal. Viajamos en familia y estuvimos hospedados en diferentes categorías en lo personal estuve en The Pyramid en la habitación 5317. Una categoría media, nos tocó habitación con vista al mar, una cortesía por cumpleaños a la habitación y teníamos acceso a diferentes restaurantes de gran calidad, algunos teníamos que pagar extra, dentro de las cosas malas es la cuestión de las bebidas ya que teníamos acceso a bebidas de marcas pero eran muy escasas, mi primo que estaba en la máxima categoría tampoco podía acceder a botellas premium todo era por un costo extra la botella más “Nice” era Etiqueta Roja y JB en wiskey. En tequilas encontramos hasta al final un bar donde nos daban un poco más de calidad pero lo descubrimos al último día. Las habitaciones de buena calidad y los shows de primer nivel. Menciones especiales a las siguientes personas: Alberto del restaurante benazuza, muchas gracias por tu tiempo y todo tu esfuerzo; Alejandro del bar de careyes quien nos ayudó con las bebidas un poco más premium y ahí pudimos echarnos unos buenos shots con mi familia; Gabriel de careyes, muchas gracias por tu profesionalismo; Víctor de Dos lunas, gracias por tu atención.

Buen hotel

Nos hospedamos una semana en este hotel, desde el primer momento fueron súper amables, en recepción (Jesús) nos atendió muy bien, amable y ayudándonos con todas nuestras dudas. Tuvimos algunos problemas con la habitación que nos habían dado y la concierge Daniela muy amable y buscando solución para nuestra situación. En general, todo el personal fue muy amable con nosotros (Fernando, Natalia, Gregorio), pero sobretodo Daniela un reconocimiento al gran trabajo que hace. La comida es muy rica y tiene buen sabor. Las instalaciones si necesitan algo de mantenimiento, ya qué hay muchas goteras y las camas son algo incomodas. También en los puestos de bebidas y alimentos rápidos, podrían poner a dos personas, para que fuera más rápido la atención y no se hagan filas tan largas.

Excelente barra

Martín el bartender excelente servicio la mejor barra del hotel, los mejores cócteles y el mejor ambiente están en el Miramar. La cruda se cura aquí con unos clamatos y te quedas por los buenos tragos antes de irte al beach club.

Excelente la atención del personal en especial de Ernesto de Tún Kul, Jesús de Tatish y Lustrain de il forno, unos genios siempre a disposición para obtener el mejor resultado del cliente. Gracias por mimarnos tantos y por hacer del Oasis nuestro segundo hogar ya que todos los años volvemos.

Viaje para los paranacionales de 2023

El hotel es agradable, buen servicio aún que no cuentan con room service, y me parece injusto tener que instalar una app para poder acceder al wifi del hotel y las limitantes de los códigos, fuera de eso es un buen lugar. Cuenta con muchas actividades y no se requiere salir del hotel para divertirse, y hay acceso directo a playa privada.

Experiencia General y en Bahía Steak House.

Estuvimos en Bahía Steak House y el proceso de reserva fue ágil y la atención en el restaurante por Valentin fue de primer nivel. Además en Tun Kul Food Hall y La Cantina fueron excelentes. Habitaciones confortables, piscinas y accesos a playas excelentes. Atención del personal en general es excelente.

Fue una experiencia muy agradable, ya que cada día ahí me pareció hermoso, no quería regresar a la Ciudad.

Acudí a principios de año a celebrar mi cumpleaños, fue un sueño estar ahí. Los cuartos son elegantes y cómodos, hay restaurantes de día y de noche, tiene sus propios bares, sus albercas me parecieron muy limpias y su playa totalmente despejada y hermosa. También tienen actividades para pasar el rato, puedes apartar algún tour a otras partes del caribe y pasan por ti al hotel. Espero volver el siguiente año.

Grata experiencia en hotel grand oasis cancun

Tenía algo de temor por los comentarios de Internet con respecto al hotel!!! Pero gratamente vi que ninguno era verdad. El hotel es muy grande y bonito, cuidan mucho su limpieza. El personal es amable. Los cuartos son cómodos . La variedad de restaurantes es muy buena y siempre encuentras una actividad que realizar.

Coffee and you de fase 2 atención Carme y Lalo

La atención que brindan Carmen y Lalo es MAGNÍFICA. Son muy atentos, amables y explican perfectamente sobre los productos que tienen en barra. Las bebidas que pedimos son deliciosas. Mega recomiendo el Golden Coffee, Mango Mojito y Café Hazelnut. El pan que ofrecen es super rico. La limpieza que mantienen en las barras, utensilios y en la preparación de los alimentos es excelente.

Coffee and you fase 2

La cafetería del turno de la tarde de coffee and you fase dos, con Eduardo y Carmen fue una experiencia muy agradable, una cálida atención, muy higiénico el lugar y el café está muy rico. Además, buscan que la experiencia sea única, fueron muy amables, nos atendieron súper rápido y son muy considerados, en general el mejor lugar donde puedes conseguir un excelente café.

Hotel y restaurant

El hotel muy bueno y las habitaciones grandes y cómodas. Los restaurants muy variados y completos. En especial uno llamado Coyote Bites donde la comida a la carta fue la mejor de las que probé. La comida, el vino y en especial la atención recibida por los meseros fue de lujo. Quiero destacar la atención de Ricardo en este restaurant ya que fue amable y predispuesto en todo momento, sin dudas todos los detalles hicieron que mi experiencia fuera excelente!

Un excelente lugar para vacacionar. Todos los restaurantes muy buenos lo recomendamos mucho. Las mejores vacaciones que hemos pasado. Nos atendió en Sarape restaurante mexicano Ricardo Ensaldo gerente muy amable y servicial. En general los meseros son muy buenos me gustó la atención y comida. Totalmente recomendado. El mejor restaurante de gran oasis Cancún.

El hotel es pintoresco, cómodo, es inmenso, lo cual hace que te pierdas un poco al recorrerlo y no hay mapas tan al alcance de la mano, pero bueno, es lo de menos, podes disfrutar mientras caminas. La habitación estaba bien equipada con plancha, aire acondicionado, frigobar y cafetera. La cama de calidad, al igual que las sábanas y las almohadas. El baño muy lindo también, grande, con secador de pelo, un espejo grande, buena bañera. Tema caja fuerte, imposible de entender como funcionaba y no había instructivo. Muchas actividades divertidas para hacer, lo más destacable es el equipo de animación y sports, son los que levantan la estadía sin lugar a duda, sobre todo Iván, Karen, Beto, Esteban, David y Jenni! Los mejores, súper divertidos, buena onda, siempre armando y animando

VACACIONES CON LA FAMILIA

Pool Bar

Me faltaron algunas amenidades en la habitación y alberca pero si algo me lo hizo muy ameno y a mi hija, fue la atención de los chicos del Pool bar de Jony y Adrián que recomendaron buenas bebidas y siempre con buena atención.

Muy recomendable, comida deliciosa y cómodo

Un hotel muy completo, compramos el brazalete azul (no dorado ni premium). Las habitaciones son justas (pequeñas) pero como solo dormimos ahí, no hay problema. Sí son viejitas y usadas, como ya sabíamos por otras reseñas, tuvimos que cambiar la cafetera, pero la verdad están muy bien, había terraza hacia el jardín y las albercas, está muy bien que esta muy cerca también del restaurante. El bufete de desayuno, comida y cena en el Tun-kul esta excelente, mucha variedad y comida fresca y deliciosa. El restaurante de sushi a un lado no vale la pena más que para el aguachile, porciones muy pequeñas, mucho tiempo de espera y entre comidas, y el personal podría ser más amable. Hay pocas opciones de restaurantes que no sean premium, pero con lo bueno que el el bufete se compensa. Las

Recomendable, para todos los gustos

Hotel muy grande, con gustos para ambiente familiar y para quienes van en plan fiesta con amigos o plan romántico. Tiene siempre alimentos y bebidas disponibles, la opción Pirámide se aprovecha mejor si no vas con niños. Te ofrecen la membresía del hotel a la llegada. Todo el personal me pareció muy amable siempre. Comida en general buen sabor, variada, aunque me gustaría que incluyan mas pescados y mariscos. Lo mejor de todo los restaurantes de reservación, mención especial al Dos Lunas y al Bahia Steak House! En éste Último excelente atención nos dió el Sr Esteban 👍🏽 Bartender del Gecko tambien muy amable. Recomendable. Lo malo: una paloma me 💩 en el restaurante Tun Kul, casi cae en la mesa.

Vacaciones en Familia

Es un hotel muy céntrico, cómodo para que la familia aproveche las instalaciones como alberca con varios niveles de profundidad, restaurantes con mucha variedad y alimentos de calidad, solo batallé con mi habitación que me cambiaron hasta el segundo día en la noche por mal olor, pero una vez que eso quedó mi estancia fue más placentera, lo que si los calificaré muy mal es que las bebidas de las barras son de muy baja calidad y no hay meseros así que aunque tengas brazalete negro debes hacer filas por cerveza y licores baratos. Me dejaron quedarme despue de mi hora de salida por lo que equilibra la situación, el mar es muy bonito pero en días tiene sargazo, pero cuando no hay es la mejor playa de Cancún .

Gran Oasis PALM área infantil

El hotel cuenta con área infantil 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼, tienen actividades programadas por día para los niños con horarios establecidos, una variedad de cosas por realizar tanto de manualidades como físicas, con un horario de 9-6. Las baby Karla, Cecilia, Lore, etc… son súper amables con los niños

Es la tercera vez que vengo al grand oasis cancun y me gusta mucho ir al restaurante internacional o al maki taco quiero dar un reconocimiento por la atención del mesero Jairo Ortiz ya que las 3 ocasiones me atendió muy bien que te hace sentir en casa muy dedicado a su trabajo y enfocado a la atención al cliente muchas gracias y a todo el personal porque todos te brindan una sonrisa un saludo y un excelente trato

Buena comida y mejor servcio

Desde la llegada al hotel este lugar ha sido más que nada épico un lugar donde la fantasía y la realidad se conectan de una manera indescriptible. Es casi real lo bueno que ese lugar .Muy buen servicio en el restaurante de comida italiana (tratoria) Francisco nuestro mesero fue muy amable y atento.

Mi llegada al hotel fue sensacional por qué los recibieron de la mejor manera posterior menten optamos por ir a comer al restaurante territorial y nos atendió Francisco y nos brindo el mejor servicio del hotel y nos trajo los platillos en tiempo y forma

Bahía Steak House

La atención de Joel y Justino impecable. El lugar muy agradable y con música al vivo; acorde al lugar, sobrio. El gerente, Oscar; de 10! Me ayudó con la reserva (reservar 24 hrs antes y con hora) dándome un ticket para la cena con la hora de mi elección (solo por ser una persona).☺️ El bufete de ensaladas bueno, también.puedes armar tu tablita de quesos y jamones. Y el corte de carne (ojo de bife) tambien bueno y en el punto que lo pedí ...pero, he probado mejores. 😕 ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best dinner

Justino was the best! His glasses are great! All the food was good and Justino is the best ever and we are so happy to be in this resort with the best food, service, and drinks. Me gusta la comida!!!!

Beach club!

Amazing services! Great jungle party at the Oh! Club beach party! Jorge was a great server and Pablo from entertainment was very informative and funny. So attentive to everything and very friendly people.

Good value resort

Nice hotel. Good value for the money. I would not pay a premium for it though. Definitely a party hotel. There were many families though, I was traveling solo on this one. Would I bring my family and young children here? Probably not. Loud music. Smoking all types of things. Belligerent drinking. It’s like spring break. All year! The staff are nice. My concierges in my building were super nice. Thank you Karina Garcia, Ruth de Lao, Jonathan Rodriguez. Your friend from New York! The property is vast. Lots of swimming areas. No kids park. Lots of adult only sections. No jacuzzi. Food was ok. The Japanese. Not even sure what kind of sushi rolls they were. The buffet was meh. The one restaurant called cocoa is pretty good. Great Trip and KiddO Club

We stayed for 10 nights in Febrary 2023. Found that all staff were friendly and attentive. I would say the most attentive restaurant staff I've very experienced, we never found ourselves at the corner table with no one assigned! Our 7 year old daughter really enjoyed the KiddO Club. She liked to go for a couple hours each day to do crafts with Bere, Lili, Mirian, Ana, Nancy and Karlan. All of these ladies were so friendly and spoke excellent English. The special program on Valentine's Day was great! The kids club is quite spacious with shaded areas and air conditioned rooms with lots of activities, even a playroom for babies and toddlers. It is a great spot to get out of the sun for a little while for kids of any age.

The perfect college resort!! Me and about 30 of my college friends came together. Although it’s a little confusing to navigate, every single staff member is amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re having a good time! Special shout-out to Ruth, concierge in building 3 and Alexis from housekeeping. Lost my purse w ID and camera and they are bringing it back to me as I type. VIVA OASIS

Varying costumer service at the party hotel

The resort is very big with a lot of restaurants. We arrived on Friday at the end of the US spring break, so the hotel was very busy and we had a hard time the first day with our room that wasn't ready and only had a king bed instead of the 2 double bed like I asked when I booked. After asking a few times, they put an extra single bed in the room in the evening to accommodate. On our second day we had a much better service. The concierge at our building (Frida Najera) was very nice and did everything she could to help us. As an extra bonus, she did all that in very good french (my mother tongue). Having only 3 nights at the hotel she was helpful to make the most of our trip. It's a party hôtel so I would not recommend for a family vacation even if there's a kid playground.

Super Relaxing For Couples!

Huge resort, beautiful beach with GORGEOUS water! Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms with quiet hallways in adult only floors. Many, many of dining choices, though all-inclusive does not cover the cost of a couple of the high-end restaurants. You MUST ask for a double if you are having mixed drinks, otherwise rather watered-down. While the Caribbean all-inclusives we've been to do not allow tipping, it is highly suggested & recommended in Mexico so bring single dollar bills or exchange for Pesos before going!

Great resort…just bombarded by “upsellers”

This beachfront resort is very nice with lots to do. All inclusive was the way to go, although most of the food was mediocre and drinks were seriously watered down. It did, however, keep costs down. The room was nice with an ocean view and there was a tiny balcony to take it all in. Loud music in outdoor areas is something I personally enjoyed, although I know it’s not for everyone. Very large grounds, so lots of walking. We took a day trip to Isla de Mujeres and that was a great diversion. We really liked this resort overall and we loved its glorious setting in Cancun. What we didn’t love (at all) was the constant hounding by up sellers - that started the minute after we checked in. For this trip it was a higher level all inclusive wristband they were relentlessly pushing. We

En la cafetería coffee & You nos atendió Simri Huchin nos atendió exelente muy amable nos ofreció bebidas muy atenta en su trabajo, rápida y muy eficiente al igual que un mesero en el restaurante de bufette

I am a chef of nearly 20 years and never thought that food at an all inclusive resort would ever be good... let alone better than some of the food I've had in my home city of Seattle. This resort has many options but this one here was an absolute hidden gem. I am soo glad I got to experience this dinner with my with. We let our server Daniel take the wheel on what we ate and it was nothing less than fabulous. 100% come back to this resort to eat here again.
